HOA Community Update
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce there will not be an increase in the monthly assessment amount for 2025. Assessments will remain at $44.20 per month. Assessments are due by the first of the month; considered late if not paid by the 15th of the month.
Statements are emailed or mailed monthly regardless of your balance or credit. Coupon books are no longer sent out.
