The Monterey Vista Home Owners' Association Board of Directors is a voluntary position and is comprised of community home owners, elected by the members at annual meetings. The 2024 Board of Directors are:

Dear Owners,
In the past few months we have had numerous incidents of vandalism to Association's park on Morelos Street. We have had spray paint on play equipment, playground foam padding ripped out, ashtrays broken, toys and trash thrown all over. Additionally, now landscaping irrigation equipment has been destroyed as well.
We need your help to curtail such behavior. This continued disregard for Association property is costing each one of you each time we have to clean up and repair. If you see any suspicious activity please contact the Chandler Police Department; non-emergency number is (480) 782-4130 or if an emergency 911.
The Board is gong to be taking some additional steps and seek assistance from the Chandler Police Department. Any person or persons caught defacing Association property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
If you have tenants in your home please make sure they are aware of this information.

* Palm tree trimming season is here, please get them trimmed
* Don’t leave personal items outside unattended
* Lock your car doors when left on the street or in your driveway
*Treat or pull weeds in your front and side yards
*Make sure all trash cans are stored out of sight
* Report any suspicious activity in the parks or community to the
Police Dept.
